  5. If we ship out the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item at our own expense. We may ask the purchaser to send back the incorrect item at our expense.

  6. If the customer orders the wrong item, we will exchange the product but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

  7. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will either replace the item or give them a credit on their next shipment.
